C.Andrews studio August/September classes

Greetings everyone from C.Andrews studios!
You can see the small studio space above in Princeton by the Sea and just a stone's throw away from Mavericks Beach.
It's diffucult to believe that the studio has been open for almost 3 months now. I say "the" studio because I like think of it as the art community's studio. With Luna's Memories out of business there was really no place here on the coast to gather and create unless it was at someones house. I think I can speak for everyone that uses the studio in saying that we are all enamored of this space. It has allowed us the freedom to gather with kindred spirits and create on our own terms. To me this is Paradise
This weekend the studio will host the last two classes for August. Saturdays last altered Books class and an amazing class called Soldered Windchimes. You can read about them below

August classes at the studio

Greetings Everyone,
I wanted to share some of the amazing art work that is being done in my altered book class series and well as C.Andrews Studios. Above you can see just a few examples from the Altered Books series. You can see several windows and doors that the students have been working on to add variety to their altered books. Aren't they great!
Here are two samples from Maria's Plaster Art Journal class this past Saturday. I really love the rough and ready look that the plaster gives your art.
And last but not least are two samples from Ingrid's Shadowbox theatres class on August 8th. All I can really say about these samples are Wow! Both samples are beautiful and elegant.
As for the remainder of August we still have my last Altered books class on the 28th and Cindy's Soldered glass wind chimes class on the 29th.
