I will be teaching two classes this weekend and I wanted to remind you all.

Saturday May 23rd

Mystic Gesso

Where:Scrapbook U in Fremont

Class Description: In this first of my series of classes exploring the use of texture in collage in more depth, the student will be creating with Gesso. In particular the class will explore the opaque properties of Gesso for a misty, shabby look that makes collage Magic. Also introduced in the class is a second texture medium call White Opaque Flakes. Please bring a pair of scissors and a variety of paintbrushes

Sunday May 24th

Beginning Collage II

Where: Scrapbook Territory in Berkeley

Class Description: In this continuation of Beginning Collage I we will explore ways to bring more texture to your collages using everyday household materials. Then we will create collages using a couple of my favorite compositional styles while learning some new tips and tricks along the way! Please bring a pair of small scissors and a variety of paintbrushes. All other materials will be supplied including instructions and a large collage pack of items to use in class or take home. Come and Play
